เรื่องของเรื่องมันเกิดพระความสะเพร่าของผมเอง ตอนก่อนออกจากที่ทำงาน จาก สพ.ทร. บางนา ก็เปิดเบาะเอาผ้ามาลูบๆรถซะนิดนึงแล้วขับออกมาเลย แล้วสงสัย คงจะปิดเบาะหลังไม่แน่น ขับกลับมาถึงบ้าน ที่บางใหญ่ หันไปดู อ้าว…เบาะหลังหายไปแล้ว แล้วหลักฐานทั้งหมด อยู่ใต้เบาะ (พรบ.+ป้ายภาษี+สำเนารถ+คู่มือรถ)
เลยอยากรู้ว่า พรบ.+ป้ายภาษี ต้องทำใหม่หรือปล่าว หรือแค่แจ้งความ แล้วรอต่ออายุตอนปีหน้าเลย ???
ไม่ว่ายังเกิดขึ้นในกรณีไหน การขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์โดยไม่มีป้ายแสดงการเสียภาษี และ พรบ. บนถนนหลวง ถือว่าผิดกฏหมายนะครับ
ป้ายภาษีหาย พรบ.หาย…ต้องทำยังไง? มาดูกัน
อันดับแรก ไปแจ้งความที่ สถานีตำรวจท้องที่ๆคุณคิดว่าทำหาย (เก็บใบแจ้งความไว้กับตัว ตลอดเวลาที่มีการนำรถออกไปใช้)
1. ถ้ารถยังผ่อนอยู่ ติดต่อแจ้งให้ร้าน หรือไฟแนนซ์เดินเรื่องให้
(ค่าใช้จ่ายแล้วแต่ร้านและไฟแนนซ์ แต่ส่วนมากจะไม่เกิน 300 บาท)
2. หากว่ารถเป็นชื่อเราแล้ว ให้เตรียมเอกสารดังนี้
– ทะเบียนพร้อมเอกสารเจ้าของรถ
– สำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน
– สำเนาบัตรประชาชน
แล้วไปขนส่งที่ในโซนเขตที่คุณจดทะเบียนไว้ ติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ขอทำใหม่ได้เลย (ป้ายสี่เหลี่ยม)
(ค่าใช้จ่าย ค่าคำขอ 5 บาท ค่าแผ่นป้ายแสดงภาษี 20 บาท)
3. พรบ.(เป็นสลิป) ต้องดูว่าเราทำไว้กับบริษัทไหน ก็ต้องติดต่อไปที่บริษัทนั้นๆ และนำใบแจ้งความกับ เอกสารรถ ไปขอใหม่ได้เลย ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย
ไม่ยากเลย และค่าใช้จ่ายไม่สูง ถ้าหายรีบทำให้เรียบร้อย ปลอดภัยทั้งจากตัวเองและผู้ใช้ถนนร่วมกันด้วยครับ
